Since 1985, Davis Street Fishmarket has brought Midwesterners to the shores of the East and West Coasts as well as firing up taste buds with full throttle flavors from New Orleans. We fly in fresh fish and shellfish every day from all three coasts to create imaginative and authentic seasonal daily specials. Our customers also know they can have their favorite fresh fish prepared anyway they like.

A bustling Raw Bar boasts a variety of seasonal freshly shucked oysters and clams, fresh cracked crabs, steamed whole Maine lobsters and many other items for our customer’s choosing.

As part of the Clean Plate Club's family of restaurants, our company’s roots start with the Davis Street Fishmarket and continued with Merle's #1 Barbecue, Pete Miller's Seafood & Prime Steak, all of which are located in downtown Evanston. A second Pete Miller’s is located in Wheeling, IL.

We are a favorite for local and destinating dining seekers because of our commitment to providing the best possible restaurant experience to each and every customer. Through our “VIC” (Very Important Customer) philosophy our customers receive the highest quality service, food and environment. We are always striving for fresh and concrete ideas to better serve our customers. Recently, we became the only restaurant group in the nation to completely eliminate trans fats from all menu items.
